November 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa reported a consolidated net profit of 431.4 million kuna ($79.5 million/58.4 million euro) through September, down from 594.5 million kuna a year earlier.

The company, which is active in tourism, real estate, fish farming and tobacco production, is considering expanding into the energy segment.
Its shares were last traded on Tuesday when they closed unchanged at 308 kuna.
