- According to the projection of repayment of principal and interests presented by the Croatian central bank on Wednesday, Croatia will this year repay nearly 14 billion euro of its external debt.
- In the first nine months of the year, the net profit of construction company Hidroelektra Niskogradnja sank 66.69% to 4.62 million kuna.
- By opening the new plant for fruit processing and production of fruit and cocoa creme products for the baking industry, Zagreb-based Glazir already meets the standards for placement of its products to the demanding EU market. Glazir was granted 10 million kuna from the EU’s SAPARD program for the new plant. This however is not the end of the company’s investment cycle, as it plans to invest another 1.8 million euro in the most advanced technology.
