March 30 (SeeNews) - Montenegro has confirmed 21 new coronavirus cases in the country, bringing the total number of infected people to 91, the country's health institute said on Monday.
A total of 13 new cases were confirmed on Friday, ten were reported over the weekend, and one new case was confirmed on Monday, the health institute, a unit with the health ministry, said in an update on the epidemiological sitiation in the country.
The number of people under medical supervision in Montenegro over the coronavirus currently stands at 6,278, the institute said in a statement.
Montenegro confirmed the first two cases of the novel coronavirus disease on its territory on March 17. On March 22, the first death related to the coronavirus disease was reported in the country.
