April 15 (SeeNews) - Montenegro has confirmed ten new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country since Tuesday morning, bringing the total number of registered infected people to 288, the country's health institute said on Wednesday.
A total of five coronavirus cases were confirmed on the evening of April 14 and five more were reported on Wednesday, the health institute, a unit with the health ministry, said in an update on the epidemiological situation in the country.
Montenegro confirmed the first two COVID-19 cases on March 17. On March 22, the first death caused by the coronavirus disease was reported in the country.
