March 9 (SeeNews) - Three of the four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) rose on Thursday, with the blue-chip SOFIX increasing on advances in Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:CCB] and IT services provider Telelink Business Services (TBS) Group [BUL:TBS], bourse data showed.
The SOFIX added 0.14% to 632.84 points after CCB shares rose by 4.32% to 1.69 levs and TBS Group increased by 3.50% to 10.35 levs.
CCB and TBS Group also made the biggest gains in the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, and the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight.
The BGBX40 edged up 0.08% to 143.56 points, while the BGTR30 advanced by 0.22% to 738.46 points, both further supported by a 2.89% rise in diversified group Chimimport [BUL:CHIM] to 0.784 levs.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, was the only index to close in red territory, erasing 0.81% to 186.92 points. The index was dragged down by Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF], which lost 2.75% to 2.12 levs, and Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER], which declined by 1.22% to 3.25 levs.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market dropped to 228,916 levs ($123,421/117,042 euro) on Thursday from 601,239 levs on Wednesday.
The top stock by turnover was energy and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG], which generated 45,360 levs with 27,000 shares traded. The stock closed 0.60% higher at 1.68 levs.
