December 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Thursday that it intends to buy back 143,533 of its own shares on December 3.
Sopharma will pay 4.40 levs ($2.55/2.25 euro) per share, the company said in a bourse filing.
Earlier on Thursday, the drug maker said that it repurchased 2.6 million of its own shares on December 1. Sopharma bought back the shares, representing 1.9288% of its capital, for a total of 11.1 million levs on the floor of the BSE.
On Thursday, Sopharma shares closed flat at 4.38 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
