October 31 (SeeNews) - ViK Shumen, the water utility serving the Bulgarian city of Shumen, said on Thursday that it has opened a 4.1 million levs ($2.0 million/2.1 million euro) tender for a year-long supply of electricity to 85 of its units.
The tender envisages the delivery of 18 200 MWh of electricity to 13 units connected to the medium-voltage network and 19 500 MWh to 72 units connected to the low-voltage grid, ViK Shumen said in a tender notice.
The public procurement procedure is opened to candidates which are licensed as electricity suppliers by Bulgaria's Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. Participants should also prove that they have carried out works under similar contracts in the last three years.
The deadline for submitting offers is December 3.
