January 18 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria increased by 9.7% to 24,537 in 2021, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Tuesday.
In December alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose by an annual 4.3% to 1,780, ACEA said in a press release, citing provisional figures.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, dropped by 2.4% on the year to 9.7 million in 2021. In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations increased by 1.5% to over 1.17 million.
