February 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Tuesday that it will receive a dividend of nearly 2 million levs ($1.09 million/1.02 million euro) for 2021 from its majority-owned subsidiary Gradus-98.
The dividend distribution was approved at Gradus-98's general meeting of shareholders, Gradus said in a bourse filing.

Gradus announced in June that it would receive a dividend payout of a total of 7 million levs for 2021 from four of its units. In October, the company said it would get 4 million levs in dividend for 2021 from its wholly-owned subsidiary Gradus-1.
As of the end of 2022, Gradus held a 99.94% stake in Gradus-98's equity capital and owned eight subsidiaries in total.
Shares in Gradus last traded at 1.42 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
