June 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said that it will receive a total of 7 million levs ($3.8 million/3.57 million euro) in dividend payouts for 2021 from four of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Millennium 2000 will pay out 3 million levs to the parent company, Gradus-1 will distribute 3.5 million levs, Zhyuliv will distribute 300,000 levs and Lora-2004 will pay 200,000 levs in dividend, Gradus said in stock exchange filings on Wednesday.

Last week, the Bulgarian poultry producer said that its shareholders voted in favour of the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.045 levs per share for 2021, up from 0.022 levs per share the company paid out for 2020.
As at end-March, Gradus owned eight subsidiaries - Gradus-1, Gradus-3, Gradus-98, Lora-2004, Millennium 2000, Zhyuliv, Gold Farm 91 and Gradus Logistics.
Gradus shares closed flat at 1.37 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
