October 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Thursday that it will receive 4 million levs ($2.04 million/2.04 million euro) in dividend payout for 2021 from its wholly-owned subsidiary Gradus-1.
The dividend distribution has been approved by the parent company's board of directors, Gradus said in a stock exchange filing.

In June, Gradus said that it will receive a dividend of 3.5 million levs from Gradus-1 for 2021.
At the end of June, shareholders gave the green light to a first-half total dividend payout of just under 12 million levs from all of the poultry producer's units, compared to 6.99 million levs in the first half of 2021.
As of June 30, 2022, Gradus owned eight subsidiaries - Gradus-1, Gradus-3, Gradus-98, Lora-2004, Millennium 2000, Zhyuliv, Gold Farm 91 and Gradus Logistics.
As of 1418 CEST, Gradus shares traded 0.78% lower at 1.28 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
