October 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Gabrovo municipality said that it has opened a tender for a 2.9 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) contract for supply of eight electric buses.
The contract also envisages supply of charging stations for the buses, the municipality said in a tender notice.

The municipality will partially finance the contract through EU funds under Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020.
The deadline for submitting offers is November 21.
Bids will be ranked based on price, warranty period and energy efficiency.
