April 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian fire protection and emergency services provider Fire Safety plans to invest 10 million levs ($5.4 million/5.1 million euro) in a new plant for high-tech products in the coastal city of Burgas, the local government said on Tuesday.
The project will allow the company to manufacture and install machines and equipment, pressure vessels, metal structures and pipelines, along with providing warranty maintenance, Burgas municipality said in a statement.
The facility is expected to generate 150 new jobs at full capacity.
Burgas-based Fire Safety was founded in 2008. It specialises in fire-fighting and rescue services across Bulgaria, maintenance of fire extinguishers and protection systems, as well as the design and construction of smoke and heat removal systems, fire alarms and extinguishing systems, its website shows.
