November 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has temporarily suspended the publication of local Cap Nor's buyout offer for the remaining 48,650 shares in former machine building company Vaptsarov [BUL:4V4] it does not currently own.
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday.

Earlier this month, Cap Nor said it is launching a buyout bid priced at 3.3 levs ($1.97/1.69 euro) per share for the remaining interest in Vaptsarov, which is currently active only in asset leases.
Also this month, Cap Nor increased its stake in Vaptsarov to 90.27%.
Shares in Vaptsarov last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 0.75 levs.
