November 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] has increased its equity capital by 9 million levs ($4.71 million/4.6 million euro) to 73.05 million levs, the company said on Monday.
In the process, warrant holders subscribed for 9 million shares at an issue price of 1 levs each, equal to their par value, the REIT said in a bourse filing.
FairPlay Properties launched the capital increase process on November 14, offering up to 83.09 million shares to warrant holders.
Earlier this year, FairPlay Properties increased its capital by 15 million levs via an offering to warrant holders that also remained undersubscribed.
As at CET 1528 on Monday, shares in FairPlay Properties traded flat at 0.70 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
