December 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Electricity System Operator (ESO) said on Monday that it has opened a tender for awarding five-year framework contracts, worth up to 80 million levs ($46.3 million/40.9 million euro), for carrying out repairs and rehabilitation of power infrastructure.
The procedure is divided into two lots with an estimated value of 40 million levs each, ESO said in a tender notice.
ESO intends to signs framework agreements with up to five companies for each of the two lots.
The deadline for submitting offers is January 31.
Bids will be ranked solely based on price.
