February 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software provider CT Interactive, a wholly-owned subsidiary of online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BSE:TIB], said on Monday that it has signed a distribution agreement with QTech Games, aiming to expand to new markets.
Through the agreement, CT Interactive’s content will become available on the QTech Games platform, mainly targeting the Asian market and also Africa, Europe and Latin America, CT Interactive said in a press release. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal was announced about a week after CT Interactive said it expanded its reach in the Lithuanian market by sealing a transaction with a new operator - 7bet.It. Both agreements were signed during ICE London 2023, a gaming event in Europe.
CT Interactive is an online software provider focused on developing and supplying games for online casinos. The company has a portfolio of over 200 games and is certified in 18 markets.
Last week, the parent company, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria, said it acquired 15,000 new shares in CT Interactive at a nominal value of 100 levs ($54.6/51.1 euro) apiece to increase the unit's capital.
