May 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned railway company BDZ Passengers said on Wednesday that it has signed a 26.7 million levs ($16.7 million/13.7 million euro) railroad car modernisation agreement with local company Vagonen Zavod - Interkom.
The deal envisages the upgrade of 15 railroad cars, BDZ Passengers said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
The contract was signed on April 22.
BDZ Passengers is part of state-owned railway group BDZ Holding
