May 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance company Atomenergoremont [BUL:ATOM] said that its management is proposing the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.025 levs ($0.014/0.013 euro) per share for 2022.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute 383,878 levs of its profit for last year, which amounted to a total of 13.4 million levs, Atomenergoremont said in a stock exchange filing last week.
The company paid a gross dividend per share of 0.015 levs for 2021.
The remaining 13.03 million levs will be kept as undistributed profit, Atomenergoremont added.
Shareholders in the company will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 5.
The company's net profit rose to 16.1 million levs in 2022 from 15.6 million levs in 2021, on the back of higher revenue.
Shares in Atomenergoremont last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 6.20 levs apiece.
