November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian telecommunication services provider Allterco has been admitted for trading on the Bulgarian stock exchange, the bourse operator said on Tuesday.
The first quotation date for the share issue is set at December 1, the stock exchange said, quoting a decision of its board of directors.

The company’s shares will be traded on the Standard equities segment.
Last month, Allterco successfully closed an initial public offering (IPO) on the Sofia bourse as 1.5 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.54/0.51 euro) were subscribed for at a price of 1.45 levs per share.
Around 70% of the IPO proceeds will be used for the production, implementation and improvement of the company's projects for home control system SHE and for children's watches MyKi, Allterco CEO Dimitar Dimitrov said at the time.
The company operates on eight markets. In Southeastern Europe, it has offices in Romania, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia.
Allterko partners with over 20 mobile operators on three continents and its services reach around a billion users. The company had a turnover of over 28 million levs last year. It has over 90 employees, most of them based in Bulgaria.
