September 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian baby foods producer Slantcho said on Tuesday it plans to list on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange without specifying when.
The company will seek shareholder approval on October 28 to offer to the public part of its existing capital, Slantcho said in a statement carried with the State Gazette.

Company officials were not immediately available to provide details on the flotation plans.
Slantcho, based in Svishtov, northern Bulgaria, produces also snacks, pastry products, grain foods and flour.
