May 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said that it has opened a tender for a contractor to lay down horizontal road markings under a five-year deal worth 63 million levs ( $36 million/32.2 million euro).
The tender is divided into six lots with an estimated value of 10.5 million levs each, VAT excluded, RIA said in a statement earlier this week.
Bids will be ranked based on price, which will form 60% of the final mark and technical characteristics with a weight of 40%.
Candidates can submit their offers for a maximum of two lots until June 17.
