November 20 (SeeNews) - Romanian stock indices ended in the red on Tuesday as daily turnover rose, Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) data showed.
The total equity turnover of the BVB rose to 37.7 million lei ($9.3 million/ 8.1 million euro) on Tuesday from 13.4 million lei on Monday.
Lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] fell 0.43% to 2.33 lei, generating the largest trading turnover on Tuesday - of 8.5 million lei.
power supplier and distributor Electrica [BSE:EL] stood to 10.76 lei in the day's second largest turnover, of 6.7 million lei.
NPP Cernavoda operator Nuclearelectrica [BSE:SNN] rose 4.82% at 8.91 lei in a trading turnover of 5.5 million lei - the third largest during the trading session.
