July 15 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Triglav Osiguranje [SAJ:BHOSR], part of Slovenia's Triglav Group, said on Friday its shareholders have approved a plan to raise 1.956 million marka ($1 million/1 million euro) through a new share issue.
The insurer intends to issue 889 ordinary shares of 2,000 marka in par value each at a price of 2,200 marka apiece, the company said in a bourse filing.
The new share issue will be placed with the insurer's parent company, Triglav Group.
The insurer's current capital of 7.556 million marka is divided into 3,778 shares of 2,000 marka in par value each.
Triglav Osiguranje's shares did not trade on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) in the past year.
