January 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's diversified company Teleoptic said on Thursday it raised its stake in local Klimavent [SAJ:KLMVRK2], which deals with production, assembly and service of air conditioning systems, to 98.91% from 98.77% following a buyout bid.
Teleoptic's buyout bid was accepted by 37 shareholders of Klimavent holding a combined 0.15% stake in the company, Teleoptic said in a bourse filing.

Teleoptic offered 27.5 marka ($15.3/14.1 euro) per share in the buyout bid launched on December 6.
Klimavent's capital is divided into 330,658 shares with a par value of 27.50 marka each.
Its shares have not traded on the Sarajevo bourse in the past year.
