March 4 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Bosnia's Sarajevo International Airport increased to 152,566 in the first two months of 2024, compared with 118,047 passengers served in the like period a year earlier, data by the airport operator showed on Monday.
In February alone, the airport in the Bosnian capital served 75,112 passengers, compared with 56,979 in February 2023, according to figures posted on the website of Sarajevo Airport.
Aircraft take-offs and landings at Sarajevo airport totalled 843 in February, up from 708 in same month of 2023. In the first two months of 2024, airport operations increased to 1,746 from 1,517 in the January-February period of 2023.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has three other international airports, located in Banja Luka, Tuzla and Mostar.
