April 3 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Bosnia's Sarajevo International Airport increased to 235,492 in the first three months of 2024, compared with 194,240 passengers served in the like period a year earlier, data by the airport operator showed on Wednesday.
In March alone, the airport in the Bosnian capital served 82,926 passengers, compared with 76,193 in March 2023, according to figures posted on the website of Sarajevo Airport.
Aircraft take-offs and landings at Sarajevo airport totalled 945 in March, up from 941 in same month of 2023. In the first three months of 2024, airport operations increased to 2,691 from 2,458 in the January-March period of 2023.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has three other international airports, located in Banja Luka, Tuzla and Mostar.
