SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), February 8 (SeeNews) – Bosnian fuel retailer Energopetrol [SAJ:ENPSR] said on Thursday it has boosted its capital by 131 million marka ($82 million/67 million euro) via the public sale of a share issue.
Energopetrol issued 10,480,000 ordinary shares at 12.50 marka apiece, it said in a Sarajevo bourse filing.
Following the capital hike, the company's total share capital stands at 199.7 million marka.
Croatia's INA is the largest shareholder in Energopetrol with a 67% stake. In 2016, INA launched a buyout bid for the remaining 33% it does not own. The bid, however, only attracted one interested shareholder with a 0.0011% stake in the co.
The government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina holds a 22.1% stake which it earlier said it plans to sell.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
