SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 4 (SeeNews) – Bosnian power utility Elektroprivreda BiH [SAJ:JPESR] said its net profit dropped to 7.2 million marka ($4.4 million/3.7 million euro) in 2020, from 20.1 million marka a year earlier.
The company's 2020 operating revenue was flattish on an annual comparison basis at 1 billion marka, while its operating costs fell 1% to 971 million marka, EPBiH said in a financial statement filed with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on Wednesday.
The company's other expenses segment increased to 67 million marka last year, compared to 44.9 million marka in 2019.
Elektroprivreda BiH, Bosnia's largest power utility, is based in the Federation. Elektroprivreda RS is the power utility of the Serb Republic.
The Federation and the Serb Republic are two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
