January 9 (SeeNews) - Autoceste FBiH, the state-owned motorway operator of Bosnia's Federation, said on Monday it has selected a consortium of seven local banks as the winner in a tender to provide loans worth 293.4 million marka ($160.1 million/150 million euro).
The consortium consists of Bosna Bank International, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka, NLB Banka Sarajevo, Privredna Banka Sarajevo, Sparkasse Bank, Union Banka and Unicredit Bank, Autoceste FBiH said in an announcement posted on Bosnia's e-Procurement portal.
It submitted the sole bid in the tender.
The loans have a term of 15 years.
Autoceste FBiH launched the tender for the loans in June, without disclosing the purpose of the borrowing.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
