March 8 (SeeNews) - Passengers at Bosnia and Herzegovina's four international airports totalled 2.4 million in 2023, some 10.01% more compared with a year earlier, the country's Civil Aviation Directorate said on Friday.
The busiest airport in 2023 was the Sarajevo International Airport, which handled 1.4 million passengers, followed by the Tuzla International Airport with 582,445 passengers, the Civil Aviation Directorate said in a statement.
Next came the Banja Luka-based airport with 460,720 passengers and the Mostar airport with 20,539 passengers in 2023.
Total operations at Bosnia's four international airports fell to 22,914 in 2023, down 4.56% compared with the previous year.
