March 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Stopanska Banka Bitola [MSE:SBT] said that its management board chairman, Vladimir Eftimoski, has sold 5,951 shares in the bank.
The shares represent a 1.52% shareholding interest in the bank, Stopanska Banka Bitola said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

A total of 1,000 of the bank's shares traded at 2,600 denars ($44.9/42.2 euro) each in a block deal on the Macedonian stock exchange on Tuesday. A day earlier, 2,941 shares of Stopanska Banka Bitola switched hands at an average price of 2,549 denars in a separate block transaction on the bourse.
Stopanska Banka Bitola's share capital is divided into 390,977 shares, each with a par value of 3,000 denars.
Local mineral water and soft drinks producer Pelisterka is the largest shareholder of Stopanska Banka Bitola with a 21.85% stake, the bank's latest audited financial statement shows. No data about the remaining shareholders is provided in the financial statement.
The bank's shares last traded on February 28 when they changed hands at an average price of 2,549 denars.
