Bosnia's Bisprom launches buyout offer for Mlinpek

June 17 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's grain company Bisprom on Monday launched an offer to buy all the shares it does not already own in local grain mill products manufacturer Mlinpek Prnjavor [BLSE:MLRS].

Bisprom is offering 0.24 marka ($0.13/0.12 euro) per each Mlinpek share in the buyout bid, it said in a bourse filing.

The investor owns 5,704,015 shares in Mlinpek, equal to a 80.2% stake. Mlinpek's capital of 7.1 million marka is divided into 7.1 million shares of 1 marka in par value each.

The buyout offer is valid for 30 days from the announcement date.

Mlinpek's shares have not traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange in the past year.
