August 1 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed up on Monday amid a lower turnover, bourse data showed.
The total turnover on the bourse went down to 13.1 million dinars ($114,500/111,500 euro) on Monday from 35.4 million dinars generated on Friday.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.44% at 839.44 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.09% to 1,693.66.
Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers list, as its shares went up 5.16% to 4,732 dinars. Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the largest turnover on the stock exchange, of 4.8 million dinars.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 273,550 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 163,734 dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
