March 22 (SeeNews) - Albanian construction and real estate management company StarTek has applied for a permit to build two hydro power plants with an installed capacity of 2 MW each, the energy ministry says.
The company proposes to build both power stations, Selma and Dolmja, alongside Tirana's Erzen river, according to two separate statements published on the ministry's website on Monday.
An eight-day period for the potential filing of objections to StarTek's proposal has been set, the ministry said.
Tirana-headquartered StarTek was established in 2003.
