July 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenia will exclude Croatia, together with France and the Czech Republic, from its list of coronavirus-safe countries as of July 4, the government in Ljubljana said.
At the same time, Belgium and the Netherlands are returning back to the list of safe countries, the government said in a statement on Thursday.
On Monday, Slovenia warned that Croatia might be dropped from the list of coronavirus-safe countries as it has exceed the cumulative value of 10 infected per 100,000 population in 14 days.
According to latest available information, Croatia reported 81 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, bringing the number of total infections to 2,912. Of theseut of the total, 2,155 have recovered and 110 have died.
Slovenia reported 16 new infections on Thursday, with the overall number of confirmed coronavirus cases rising to 1,649. More than 110 people have died from the disease.
