May 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN] said that Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] has lowered its stake in the company by selling 176,250 shares for some 1.5 million levs ($839,000/767,000).
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria sold the shares on May 14 in a deal outside the Sofia bourse regulated market, priced at 8.385 levs per share, Asenova Krepost said in a statement on Monday.

The 176,250 shares represent 4.1% interest in Asenova Krepost.
Asenova Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 12.9 levs apiece.
Last month, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria sold 200,000 shares in Asenova Krepost for some 1.7 million levs.
