June 24 (SeeNews) - The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) opened 1.48% down on Friday morning following the BREXIT vote, bourse data indicated.
By 10:12 a.m. the CROBEX index was down 1.69%.
The index opened at 1,656.26 on Friday morning, down from 1,681.08 on Thursday, Zagreb stock exchange data showed.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, opened 1.39% down from Thursday's close at 966.86 points and then declined further to 964.94 at 10:15 am.
The fixed-income CROBIS index bucked the trend, edging up 0.03% on Friday morning to 106.8700 points.
