February 19 (SeeNews) - Shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data showed.
Uljanik Plovidba's shares closed 3.76% higher at 138.00 kuna.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest trading turnover of 825,262.80 kuna. The company's share price rose by 0.48% to 41.60 kuna.
Power transmission equipment maker Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 2.39% to 18.35 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover fell to 3.5 million kuna ($583,118/470,481 euro) on Monday from 9.1 million kuna on Friday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE lost 0.08% to 1,854.10 points, after rising by 0.11% on Friday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0.04% to 1,073.50 points after adding 0.21% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index remained unchanged at 112.1776 points.
