February 3 (SeeNews) - Twelve candidates have submitted bids in an 88 million levs ($49.44 million/44.99 million euro) tender to carry out road repair works in the coastal region of Burgas, Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said.
The project covers a secondary road section of 58,6 kilometres between the towns of Tsarevo and Malko Tarnovo, the government agency said in a statement on Thursday.
The bidders include Avtomagistrali, Isa 2000, a consortium led by Patstroy VDH and the local unit of Austria's Strabag, ORS-Infrastructure, Evropeiski Patishta and Avtomagistrali-Tcherno More, among others.
The term for the execution of the overhaul is 600 calendar days, RIA added.
