June 8 (SeeNews) - Albania's capital Tirana issued a call for consultants to conduct a feasibility study for the installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems and green areas on top of the city’s schools and kindergartens withfinancing capped at 16 million leks ($160,000/150,000 euro), it said.
The consultant should be able to provide expertise in civil and electric engineering, environment, architecture, finance and law, the municipality said in a tender announcement published on the website of the public procurement agency.
Offers will be accepted until June 21. The assignment should be completed within six months from the contract signing.
