December 1 (SeeNews) - A stake of 23.97% in NLB Banka Podgorica, the Montenegrin unit of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), traded in a block deal on the Montenegro Stock Exchange on November 30, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said.
The transaction involved 3,678,532 NLB Banka Podgorica shares for which a total of 12.3 million euro ($12.8 million) were paid, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said on Wednesday without revealing the identities of the buyer and the seller of the shares.

Montenegrin brokerage company Bull and Bear acted as a representative of the seller in the transaction, whereas Erste Bank represented the buyer, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said.
According to stock exchange data, the largest shareholder in NLB Banka Podgorica is NLB with a 75.9% stake. A 23.97% stake is held in a custody account.
