March 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:SCOM] said on Friday that its share holders decided to distribute a gross dividend of 0.10 levs ($0.06/0.05 euro) per share for 2023 from the company's undistributed profit.
The total dividend payout will amount to 893,738 levs, Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage said in a stock exchange filing.
Investors registered with the Central Depository as of March 22 will receive the gross dividend payout in two equal tranches of 0.05 levs each, starting April 15 and April 30, respectively.
Last June, the company's shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.16 levs per share for 2022, or 1.43 million levs in total.
As of 1423 CET on Friday, shares in Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage traded 1.09% higher at 3.70 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
