February 7 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange's blue-chip SOFIX index registered its third straight losing trading session on Friday, closing 0.08% lower at 569.62 points, bourse data showed.
On Thursday, the SOFIX dropped 0.05%.
Diversified holding Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] led the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell by 2.83% to 1.03 levs ($0.58/0.53 euro). Other notable losers were Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6] and Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF], with their shares shedding 1.60% and 1.27%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, rose 0.07% to 112.75 points, backed by a 6.54% rise in the share price of agribusiness company Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43].
The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.09% to 521.04 points, as a 4.89% increase in the share price of Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS] compensated for a drop in the shares of Industrial Holding Bulgaria.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, dropped 0.13% to 134.19 points, as the decrease in the share price of Advance Terrafund outweighed a 0.94% rise in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU].
Total daily regulated market turnover slumped to 143,170 levs on Friday, from 635,000 levs on Thursday. Trade in shares of drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] contributed almost 91,700 levs of total turnover.
