July 11 (SeeNews) - Three of the four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed higher on Tuesday, with the blue-chip SOFIX adding 0.16% to 672.53 points, bourse data showed.
The SOFIX was boosted by a 0.97% rise at Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) [BUL:BREF] to 2.08 levs and a 0.95% climb in fertilisers producer Neochim [BUL:NEOH] to 32.00 levs.
The two companies also helped the BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, rise by 0.21% to 146.37 points. The biggest gainers in the index, however, were express delivery company Speedy [BUL:SPDY], which went up 4.96% to 111.00 levs, and online gaming operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BUL:TIB], which advanced by 2.56% to 16.00 levs.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed 0.78% higher at 191.02 points. It was pushed up mostly by a 12.86% surge at Intercapital Property Development REIT [BUL:ICPD] to 0.79 levs, along with the increase at BREF.
The BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, was the only index to decline on Tuesday, by 0.06% to 757.15 points. Its fall was constrained by a 4.57% drop at real estate investment trust (REIT) Sopharma Properties [BUL:SFI] to 9.40 levs and a 3.03% slip at diversified group Chimimport [BUL:CHIM] to 0.704 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange decreased to 392,967 levs ($220,129/200,920 euro) on Tuesday from 496,157 levs on Monday.
The top stock by turnover was investment company Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:VAM], with 100,716 levs from 21,800 shares traded. Velgraf's shares closed 0.43% higher at 4.62 levs.
