February 18 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index dropped 1.70% to 550.97 points on Tuesday, as diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] and its subsidiary Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] led decliners.
Chimimport shares fell 5.81% to 1.46 levs, while CCB shares erased 4.44% to 1.40 levs on Tuesday.
The two companies also led decliners among members of the BGBX40 and BGTR30 indices.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, decreased 1.09% to 119.99 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, slid 0.87% to 507.32 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, fell 0.75% to 133.14 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover amounted to 673,000 levs.
