September 10 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index fell 1.05% to 430.51 points on Thursday, partially due to a 9.02% drop in the share price of diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
Stara Planina Hold's affiliate - hydraulic equipment maker M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH] followed with a 3.64% share price decrease. The company is due to drop out of the SOFIX as of September 21.
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:5BU] was the other notable decliner, losing 2.30% of its share price.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged down 0.04% to 96.59 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free-float of at least 10% have equal weight, slid 0.13% to 480.24 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, fell 0.55% to 132.66 points.
Total daily regulated market trading turnover amounted to 416,000 levs ($253,000/213,000 euro).
