August 4 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to admit to trading a subsequent issue of 100 shares in local self-managed alternative investment fund VF Alternative [BUL:2YH].
The shares will start trading on the bourse on August 5, the BSE said in a statement on Monday.
VF Alternative raised 1.8 million levs ($1.1 million/920,000 euro) via the issue, as it placed the shares at a price of 18,000 levs apiece.
The company's shares last traded at a price of 25,200 levs.
