January 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenian hotel operator Union Hoteli [LJSE:GHUG] said on Friday it has bought back 74 of its own shares, increasing its holding of own stock to 1.6217% from 1.6176%.
Union Hoteli bought the shares, equivalent to 0.0041% of all issued shares, at 19.1 euro ($21.1) apiece on January 20 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, it said in a bourse filing.
The company now holds 29,091 of its own shares.
Union Hoteli's shares did not trade on the Ljubljana bourse by 12:30 CET on Friday. They last traded on January 20, closing at 19.1 euro.
Union Hoteli group operates the Grand Hotel Union, the Grand Hotel Union Business, the Hotel Lev and the Central Hotel, located in the centre of Slovenia's capital Ljubljana.
