October 7 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's sovereign holding company, SDH, has sold 1,194,838 shares in logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] to state-owned postal operator Posta Slovenije, Intereuropa said.
SDH signed an agreement for the sale of the shares with Posta Slovenije on September 27, Intereuropa said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The transaction included the sale of 474,926 Intereuropa shares owned directly by the holding, as well as 719,912 shares held by state-owned company Kapitalska Druzba, Intereuropa said.
Posta Slovenije held a 72.13% stake in the capital of Intereuropa before the transaction.
The capital of Intereuropa consists of 16,830,838 ordinary shares and 10,657,965 preference shares. Intereuropa trades on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and has a share capital of 27.5 million euro ($33 million).
At the end of September, Kapitalska Druzba held a 2.6% stake in the capital of Intereuropa, while SDH owned a 1.7% shareholding interest.
